Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Store Support Teammate for the Park Place, Tucson location. This part-time role supports store operations and guest experience, including front-end transactions, merchandising assistance, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The position may require mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts. This role offers on-site work with standard retail responsibilities and the chance to contribute to Buckle’s mission daily.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and be equipped to answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, based upon store and business needs.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the Point of Sale (POS) software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser in performing merchandising tasks, such as preparing displays and transfers.
• Consistently maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement.
• Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of Guest service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
