Job summary

Bally’s Interactive is seeking a customer-focused team member to support sanitation, guest service, and hospitality operations in a fast-paced setting. You will help maintain clean dining and kitchen areas, stock supplies, and assist with general property cleanliness to ensure an entertaining guest experience.

The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Foster a fun and entertaining atmosphere in line with Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy.
• Promote Bally’s guest-centric culture and build lasting guest relations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Handle daily prep: retrieve supplies and stock restrooms with soap and towels.
• Clean dining and kitchen areas, including sinks, tables, walls, and refrigerators.
• Ensure safe work conditions and address spills or hazards promptly.
• Sweep, mop floors, and remove trash to designated containers.
• Assist with overall property cleanliness and related duties as assigned.
