Qualifications

• Previous experience in a server or cashier role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with menu selections and inquiries.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process cash and card transactions swiftly and securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and cashier areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Promote daily specials and upsell menu items to enhance customer experience.
