Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and follow Chick-fil-A's standards and procedures.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to serve others.
• Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly and courteously.
• Ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued throughout their dining experience.
• Provide a fond farewell as guests are leaving the restaurant.
• Refresh beverages for guests.
• Monitor beverage stations and refill ice locations as needed to ensure a consistent and high-quality beverage experience for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room area, including tables, chairs, floors, and other surfaces.
• Monitor and restock dining room supplies, including condiments, napkins, and utensils, as needed.
• Clear and sanitize tables to ensure a clean and inviting dining environment for guests.
• Monitor and remove trash from all containers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in both male and female restrooms
• Monitor and restock supplies, including paper towels and toilet paper, as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness around the outdoor dining areas, including tables, chairs, and other surfaces.
• Clear and sanitize tables to ensure a clean and inviting dining environment for guests.
• Monitor and remove trash from all containers as needed.
• Always maintain a cheerful and upbeat attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members alike.
• Demonstrate a genuine love for people and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Anticipate the needs of guests and take proactive steps to exceed their expectations.
• Take ownership of the dining room area, proactively identifying and addressing any cleanliness or maintenance issues.
