Carbon Valley Parks & Recreation District seeks a Guest Services Representative for the gymnastics building. This part-time, non-exempt role involves direct customer service, helping with registrations, and acting as the central contact for staff and guests.

Shifts vary, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidate must be 16+ with a high school diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

• Proficiency in internal communications via phone, email, and in person.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and staff.
• Assist with program and membership registrations and class enrollments.
• Answer phone calls at the gymnastics building and act as a central information hub.
• Communicate via email, phone, and in person with supervisors, coworkers, participants, parents, volunteers and community members.
• Conduct building tours for community members.
• Perform basic facilities janitorial tasks (cleaning, trash, spills, windows, equipment).
• Use computer programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, CivicRec and Paylocity.
• Enforce rules and policies with staff and guests in the building.
