Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED is seeking a friendly Salon Receptionist to welcome clients, check them in and out, and manage appointment bookings. You’ll help maintain a sparkling front-of-house, answer calls and texts, and support a cohesive store team focused on delivering a standout client experience.

• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out clients using the appointment system.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of services, memberships, and products.
• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and organize lobby and shelves.
• Support back-of-house tasks including laundry, disposables, and a clean work area.
• Answer client questions about appointments and pre/post service care.
• Respond to client emails and texts regarding appointments and services.
