Job summary

Stinker is seeking a Guest Service Specialist in Silverthorne, CO. This full-time role features 30–40 hours per week with a 1 pm–9 pm closing shift and weekend/evening availability. Location is 299 Blue River PKWY, Silverthorne, CO 80498. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $27.36 per hour DOE, plus an overnight premium of $0.50 between 10 pm and 6 am.

You’ll greet guests, assist with purchases, prepare items, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment while delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Previous customer service, retail, or food service experience is helpful but not required, we’ll provide training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely use step stools or ladders when stocking merchandise.
• Comfortable working in cooler and freezer environments as low as 0°F.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, helpful service.
• Assist guests with purchases, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Accurately process cash, credit, and other payment transactions.
• Prepare fresh food and beverages while following food safety and quality standards.
• Stock merchandise, rotate products, and maintain attractive store displays.
• Maintain accurate pricing and product availability.
• Keep the sales floor, restrooms, food service areas, coolers, fuel islands, and parking lot clean and inviting.
• Follow company safety procedures and report safety concerns promptly.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Support additional store responsibilities as business needs require.
