Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate in Brooksville, FL to deliver friendly service at the register or self-checkout and keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly. You’ll engage guests, promote products, and address concerns with urgency while helping the team maintain a welcoming, organized store.

The role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for growth and hands-on training in a fast-paced environment. A strong team player attitude and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
