Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to process orders quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests warmly to determine interests and needs.
• Educate guests on cake types, sizes, flavors, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest gift merchandise to complete celebrations.
• Process orders using the POS system and invite guests to join the email club.
• Maintain clean, organized bakery presentation and ensure sanitation.
• Restock display cases and assist with cake decorations and packaging as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and hygiene.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
