Enmarket is looking for Sales Associates to ensure proper and efficient operation of the station during shifts, delivering best-in-class service. Qualifications

• Must read, understand, and write English at an eighth-grade level.
• Ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol as required.
• Can lift up to 30 pounds and carry cases of milk and soft drinks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Communicate with management on store operations in a timely manner.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift.
• Provide the best customer experience and greet customers with a smile.
• Suggest purchases and promote specials.
• Ensure execution of the customer service program at the site level.
• Maintain safety and appearance of the store and comply with regulations.
• Document accidents or incidents and manage store environment safety.
• Operate equipment safely and support Health and Safety program.
• Report workplace accidents, injuries, or illnesses promptly.
• Complete new employee safety orientation.
