Job summary

Target’s Small Formats team in Costa Mesa, CA is hiring seasonal team members to greet guests, stock shelves, and assist with cashiering and order pickup. You’ll work across departments to keep the sales floor full, in stock, and accurately signed to meet guest needs.

As a Seasonal Team Member, you will engage with guests, support cashiering and pickup options, and help maintain inventory accuracy while delivering friendly service and supporting ongoing promotions and store efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service guests as you complete workload with minimal guest disruption.
• Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned and in stock for guests.
• Push and stock product to sales floor.
• Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions and sales plans for all departments.
• Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure regular and promotional signing is set accurately for all departments.
