Job summary

Luna Grill is opening a new Pico Rivera location and seeks energetic Hospitality Specialists to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will help run front-of-house operations, welcome guests, guide them through the menu, and coordinate with kitchen to ensure orders are perfect.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of guest-facing experience in fast-paced settings, excel in communication, and thrive in a team. This role offers competitive hourly pay, tips, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 1+ year guest-facing experience in a high-volume or fast-casual restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and ensure a seamless experience from hello to goodbye.
• Guide guests through our menu, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure every order is perfect.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and with a smile.
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas throughout your shift.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and side work with pride.
• Handle to-go and phone orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Support your teammates to keep service flowing and guests happy.
