Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Butte, MT to greet guests and donors, stock the floor, maintain displays, and perform cashier duties with accuracy while keeping the store neat and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making.
• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends; available to work all shifts desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and donors; maintain store cleanliness and displays.
• Process guest merchandise returns accurately.
• Support rounding up donations to fund programs.
• Observe safety, alert supervisors of hazards.
• Assist with asset protection as needed.
• Cross-train across retail operations per store needs.
• Provide reliable, constructive communication within team.
