• Demonstrates exceptional customer service with patients, residents, families and staff.
• Ability to multitask and manage administrative tasks with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Ambassador Rounds daily to prepare rooms for admission.
• Meet with patients and families at admission to assist with transition.
• Understand staff roles to address needs effectively.
• Complete various administrative projects as directed by supervisor.
• Support admissions and activities with tours, paperwork and engagement.
