Job summary

TJX is hiring for a store role in Scottsbluff, NE. As a retail associate, you will deliver excellent customer service, handle sales transactions, and support inventory and store presentation.

You may work across departments to assist customers and maintain a clean, organized environment. You will engage with customers, promote rewards programs, and contribute to loss prevention and safety efforts while building a positive store culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas to support business needs
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and manage cash per procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor
• Support store recovery, cleanliness, and safety throughout the day
• Other duties as assigned
