Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps supervisor informed of issues and takes corrective action as needed.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists Guests with requests, answers questions, and makes recommendations on items.
• Provides game assistance by notifying Support Technicians or Management when needed.
• Bids farewell to Guests, ensures satisfaction, and invites them to return.
• Notifies Manager of unhappy Guests and helps resolve issues.
• Maintains merchandise stock, displays, and inventory control.
• Keeps areas up to standard and discusses problem areas with Manager.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle and stock shelves.
