Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service is helpful.
• Ability to read and understand written English.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and assist guests with a friendly attitude.
• Take and clarify orders; enter orders in POS and handle payments.
• Prepare and serve quality food; maintain clean dining and work areas.
• Follow Jack in the Box policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain interior, exterior, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness.
• Support other team members and communicate effectively to meet guest needs.
