The Post Oak is seeking a Guest Service Representative to warmly welcome guests and provide memorable service. You will anticipate needs, resolve issues, and balance guest interactions with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include efficient check-in/out, handling payments, addressing complaints, and guiding guests to upgrades and M life benefits where applicable. A professional demeanor and flexible schedule are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years experience in hospitality, preferably in guest relations.
• Good communication and professional appearance are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Knowledge of property management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out quickly and accurately.
• Ensure charges and payments are posted correctly and balance cash transactions.
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Promote upgrade options and loyalty programs to maximize revenue.
• Answer calls and route to appropriate departments and services.
