Job summary

CAVA - Delray Place is seeking Team Members in Delray Beach to welcome guests and provide an exceptional dining experience. You’ll educate guests about our vibrant menu, assemble orders as requested, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining area that reflects our standards.

Team members will follow recipes, uphold safety and sanitation protocols, restock stations, and support cross-training to grow with the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Genuine hospitality and guest service mindset.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically educate guests about our menu and assemble orders as requested.
• Keep the serving line, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Deliver a delicious, unique, and memorable experience to each of our guests.
• Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned.
• Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth.
