Job summary

Aspen Skiing Company is hiring a Store Associate for the Aspen Snowmass shop in Snowmass Village, CO. The role centers on delivering exceptional guest service while assisting with rentals, apparel, and accessories, and keeping the sales floor guest-ready.

You will operate POS/RTP software, balance cash, and support stock organization to ensure a seamless guest experience during the winter season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in retail sales and direct customer service preferred.
• Binding certification from ski manufacturers preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, attentive approach.
• Guide guests through rental and retail processes with personalized recommendations.
• Provide knowledge on gear, apparel, and accessories to support confident purchases and drive sales.
• Process sales, rentals, returns, discounts, and payments accurately at POS/RTP systems.
