Job summary

The Ridge Resort in Stateline, NV is seeking a Shuttle Driver to ensure a welcoming guest and owner experience from arrival through the stay. You will operate shuttles along defined routes, keep vehicles clean, assist with luggage, and act as a knowledgeable ambassador for local area information.

Requirements include 21+ years, a valid driver's license (3+ years), and the ability to lift 50-75 lbs. Bilingual abilities are a plus; experiences in shuttle or bell roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license.
• Must have a driver's license for at least three years.
• Must meet company motor vehicle policy standards.
• Knowledge of Lake Tahoe area and local attractions is preferred.
• Good verbal communication with guests/owners; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Able to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Operate transportation shuttles along defined routes on the property.
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
• Assist guests with luggage on and off the bus as needed.
• Greet guests and provide area/site information as an ambassador of goodwill.
