Job summary

Chick-fil-A Joliet seeks a Shift Leader to assist the management team with shift operations and guest satisfaction. You will supervise stations, ensure recipes and tickets are followed, and support opening or closing procedures to maintain service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16+ years old.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Team Members follow recipes and read tickets to prepare all orders.
• Ensure accuracy with weights and measurements for all recipe items.
• Maintain pace to meet the restaurant's speed of service guidelines.
• Keep workstations clean at all times.
• Ensure cashiers follow cash handling procedures at all times.
• Follow security and cash handling procedures and hold cashiers accountable.
• Monitor dining room, restrooms, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness.
• Perform any of the tasks above as needed throughout shift.
• Address guest issues and consult management for complex issues.
• Communicate employee performance and policy violations to management.
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures.
