Responsibilities

• Work hands-on in daily operations 95% or more of the time.
• Oversee Team Member breaks.
• Help with in-the-moment coaching and training.
• Manage staffing levels to help achieve business goals.
• Run shifts by assigning Team Members in positions.
• Take Guest orders Inside and Outside Restaurant year-round.
• Make Beverages/Desserts.
• Bag, prepare, and deliver completed orders to guests.
• Act as a subject matter expert for hospitality and customer service.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and create eye contact with guests.
