Job summary

Chick-fil-A LBJ & Midway in Dallas is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly, attentive service at the front counter, drive-thru, or dining area. You’ll help create memorable guest moments with a warm smile and helpful attitude.

Responsibilities include taking orders, assisting with table service and drive-thru, keeping the area clean, and supporting teammates to deliver fast, accurate service with our signature care.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work outdoors, in drive-thru or curbside, in adverse weather.
• Willing and able to obtain Food Handler Certification and Defensive Driving Course within 14 days of start date.
• Friendly, outgoing, professional, and team-oriented.
• Able to lift and carry 35 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Make every guest interaction memorable and remarkable by delivering exceptional, accurate, and efficient service while applying the Core 4 and Winning Hearts Every Day strategy.
• Serve guests in Dining Room, Front Counter/Register, Drinks, Desserts, Drive Thru, and iPOS (outdoors in drive-thru orders).
• Deliver meals to tables or designated pickup areas and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining room, parking lot, restrooms, and playground.
• Stock sauces, cups, lids, and other supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Assist with opening or closing responsibilities as scheduled.
