Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as a server in hotels or restaurants is required.
• Proficient in using POS systems and related computer applications.
• Certifications such as ServSafe and TIPS are preferred or must be obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain menu items in a clear manner.
• Listen and respond to guests’ needs throughout their visit.
• Sell menu items including appetizers, drinks, entrees, and desserts.
