Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year or more of high volume restaurant server experience.
• Pass menu knowledge assessment of 90% or higher.
• Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain alcohol awareness certification and Serve Safe NY licensing.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers as part of a team with friendly, efficient service.
• Perform table set-up, side work, and closing duties.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and wine list, including daily specials.
• Check IDs for alcohol service and for players card usage.
• Operate the POS system and process payments.
• Report tips for each shift and uphold safety standards.
