Job summary

Flight Club in Addison, TX is hiring part-time/full-time servers to deliver a high-energy, knowledge-based dining and bar experience within our Social Darts venue.

You will take accurate orders, manage the till, and build rapport with guests while upholding our service standards and policies. This role requires valid food and alcohol certifications, stamina, and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift over 50 lbs if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by understanding guests’ preferences and responding promptly to their needs, leveraging full knowledge of menus, packages and alcohol policies.
• Build rapport with guests through excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
• Use the till system responsibly, ensuring accurate transactions and minimizing errors.
• Adhere to pre-order processes to reduce waste and streamline operations.
• Show Urgency, execute opening and closing procedures efficiently and prepare sections for service.
• Create Positive Energy by maintaining a friendly atmosphere and training new servers.
