Job summary

Red Robin at Evergreen Dining LLC is seeking an upbeat Server to ensure a fun and satisfying dining experience for Guests. You will take orders, suggest menu items, and serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualified candidates have six months of serving experience in a high-volume setting and strong interpersonal skills. Medical, dental, vision, and employee meal discounts are available as benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum six months serving experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume full service restaurant.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drinks to Guests in a timely, accurate manner.
• Provide menu suggestions and ensure a satisfying dining experience.
• Input orders through handheld devices, handle money, make change, and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables; work with Service Partners as needed.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the manager on duty when necessary.
