Job summary

Red Robin is hiring a server who will welcome Guests, seat them at clean tables, and help create a welcoming dining experience. You will take orders accurately, repeat back for confirmation, and ensure timely delivery of meals and drinks.

Responsibilities include upselling menu items, communicating promotions, keeping tables and work areas tidy, and supporting the team to deliver a WOW experience while complying with safety and alcohol-service policies. Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience in casual dining.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and some Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them at a clean, properly set table.
• Take accurate orders, repeat back to guests for confirmation, and relay to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining quality and hospitality.
• Suggest menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain table cleanliness and assist with side stations as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a WOW guest experience.
