Job summary

Fish City Grill is seeking a Server for our FCG Alamo Heights location in San Antonio, TX. You will provide excellent hospitality and ensure guests have a memorable experience from greeting to good-bye.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, a High School diploma or GED, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. You will work with a team to deliver great food and beverage service, maintaining a clean dining area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong reading, writing, math and communication skills.
• Able to interact professionally with Customers and Team Members.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgment and decision making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent hospitality and service to Customers.
• Place accurate orders using the POS.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room and service area.
• Assist Busser by clearing and wiping tables.
• Assist Bartenders with stocking glassware, ice, and garnishes.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and beverage service standards.
