Job summary

Troon, located in Punta Gorda, FL, is seeking a motivated server to join our hospitality team. You will assist guests with food and beverage service, describe specials, take orders, and ensure timely delivery with accuracy within a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or GED), 1–3 months of related experience, and knowledge of POS systems and cash handling. Training is provided; the role offers both part-time and full-time shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Knowledge of POS system and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Describe daily specials and answer menu questions.
• Take orders and deliver food promptly after preparation.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and restock as needed.
• Operate POS system and handle checks and cash.
• Follow standardized service procedures and safety practices.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and participate in tastings.
• Maintain organized workstation and side work.
