Qualifications

• One-month related experience or training.
• Professionalism, cleanliness and neatness.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assures that all material used by server is clean and ready for daily operation.
• Sets the outside line with liners, plates, flatware and napkins for food delivery.
• Organizes plates to run food to tables and matches with tickets.
• Sets tables according to Troon Golf standards and ensures menu items meet ticket specifications.
• Fills and refills water glasses and clears dishes upon course completion.
• Keeps workstations stocked and cleans work areas; assists server as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
