Qualifications

• Proven server experience in full-service dining.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Certified Food Handler in state.
• TABC certified.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine hospitality with a smile.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on Guest satisfaction.
• Seat Guests, run food, bussing, and assist other departments.
• Deliver high-energy service to create a wow experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages and accuracy.
• Share knowledge of FRG Brands and menu items.
• Greet Guests, present menus, and explain specials.
• Accommodate Guests' time needs and pace.
• Anticipate needs and handle special requests.
• Take accurate orders and input into POS.
• Perform final quality check on food and beverages.
• Inform management of maintenance or safety concerns.
• Resolve guest issues using the BLAST model.
• Help with cleanliness and closing duties.
• Uphold safe food handling and restaurant safety.
