M Crowd Restaurant Group is seeking a Host/Hostess in Mesquite, TX. You will warmly greet guests, manage seating and wait lists, present menus, and coordinate with servers to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 17 years of age.
• Restaurant/hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Polished, professional appearance with hospitality and a positive attitude.
• Team player capable of fast-paced work.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Seat guests, present menus, and relay server assignments.
• Record and manage wait lists, estimate wait times.
• Answer phones professionally and accommodate seating requests.
• Keep dining area and restrooms clean and presentable.
• Assist servers and bussers as needed and ensure guest satisfaction.
