Job summary

Big Bowl - Edina is hiring Servers to deliver friendly, efficient service in a lively Chinese and Thai restaurant. You will work a 3-6 table section, learn the menu, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, efficient guest service in a 3-6 table section
• Record and process orders, payments, and balances per policies
• Availability to work varied hours, including weekends
• Stand/walk entire shift; lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Proficiency with POS and guest interaction systems

Responsibilities

• Exceed guests’ expectations and anticipate needs
• Greet guests with a warm, sincere smile
• Respond to guest questions about the restaurant and menu
• Use sales techniques to promote current promotions
• Follow all steps of service and safety guidelines
• Complete alcohol awareness training and be a team player
