Qualifications

• Basic math for transactions and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Focus, Aloha or Micros.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Upsell menu items like cocktails, wines, or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, handling cash and cashiering duties.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are always followed.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to support smooth operations.
