Job summary

Butler Hospitality in New York City is seeking servers to join our Food and Beverage teams. This US-based position requires authorization to work in the United States.

You will greet patrons, answer questions about beverages, menus, and prices, process transactions at the cash register, and help maintain a clean, well-organized dining area. Weekend, holiday, and peak-period availability is expected, with uniforms provided and paid training. Health and dental benefits and a 401k are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant setting.
• Able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Knowledge of state liquor regulations preferred.
• Food safety training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons on arrival and assist with F&B needs.
• Maintain knowledge of beverages, menus, ingredients and prices.
• Turn tickets into kitchen/bar promptly.
• Handle purchasing transactions and operate the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; clear, reset tables and assist with closing duties.
