Job summary

M Crowd Restaurant Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Server to provide friendly, attentive service and guide guests through the menu. You will handle orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience while maintaining compliance with ABC requirements.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and a flexible schedule with opportunities for advancement within a dynamic restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum one year experience as a server.
• Basic knowledge of dining room operations and service procedures.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and receive attentive, personalized service.
• Inform guests of specials, menu items, ingredients, and menu changes.
• Make guest focused recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point of sale system.
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
• Conduct age verification for alcoholic service following ABC requirements and Company procedures at all times.
• Manage guest liquor consumption effectively and in accordance with ABC requirements and Company procedures.
• Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment
• Maintain clean service areas
• Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable)
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise
• Be ready and willing to assist busser with clearing and resetting tables
• Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or director
