Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum one year experience as a server
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Food Handlers Certification
• Valid Alcohol Service Certification

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, ensuring attentive, personalized service
• Inform guests of specials, promotions, menu items, ingredients, and changes
• Make guest-focused recommendations you genuinely feel guests will enjoy
• Answer questions about food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them in the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests promptly
• Conduct age verification for alcoholic service following ABC requirements
• Monitor guest dining experience and respond to requests
• Be ready to assist fellow servers and bussers as needed
• Maintain clean service areas and present final bill to guests
