Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (some states may require 21 to serve alcohol).
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to provide friendly guest service and work as part of a team.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process cash handling and credit card payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly food and beverage service to guests.
• Learn the menu to explain offerings and upsell to guests.
• Deliver orders via MICROS and ensure accuracy.
• Present checks, accept payment, and complete the transaction.
• Open/close duties and perform side work; maintain guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to Ruby Tuesday Responsible Serving Statement.
