Job summary

HYD CORAL SPRINGS LLC is seeking an experienced Server to join our restaurant team. The Server is the face of our dining room, greeting guests, answering menu questions, taking orders and delivering food and drinks with care.

The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing and attentive to detail, capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and guest satisfaction. Experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience preferred
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from customers
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation
• Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff
• Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied
• Take orders from customers for food and beverages
• Provide customers with their checks at the end of the meal and process payment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
