Job summary

Nordstrom in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Full Service Server who delivers outstanding guest service in a fast-paced setting. You will know the menu, upsell items, and support other areas as needed to ensure smooth service.

• The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.

• A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products while serving customers.
• Suggest additional items to customers, as appropriate.
• Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions.
