Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly Server to provide excellent front-of-house service in our Montgomery, OH location. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and tips included. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, enjoy fast-paced environments, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input into POS system.
• Serve and deliver meals and drinks order accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and assist with dining room setups.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.
• Promote daily specials and upsell when appropriate.
• Follow health, safety, and alcohol-service guidelines.
