Job summary

Sodexo is hiring for a Wait Staff Non-Tipped position at the Delta Sky Club (FLL). This full-time role offers pay range of $19.75–$20.75 per hour with open shifts.

You will provide attentive service, take orders, suggest menu items, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced dining environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year experience, and potential alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM) as required by local regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• If applicable, must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol based on local city and state regulations.
• May require a valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification, and must comply with all state-specific alcohol training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or menu changes.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine, and answer questions about menu items, allergens, and preparation.
• Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen, confirm orders with guests, and process them in the correct sequence.
• Check all items for quality and completeness, ensuring that presentations are attractive, appetizing, and consistent.
• Monitor guest needs, respond to requests, and address concerns or complaints with professionalism.
