Qualifications

• Previous server experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders and input into POS system accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and politely.
• Ensure guests have everything they need during their meal, including refills and special requests.
• Upsell menu items and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations and food handling practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
