Meráki Greek Grill in Las Vegas is seeking friendly servers to join our fast-casual concept. You will greet guests, take orders, guide guests through the menu, and ensure accurate entry and timely execution of each order.

This fast-paced, team-oriented role emphasizes hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail. English proficiency is required; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory. Compensation is about $23–$27 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English required.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a welcoming and positive attitude.
• Accurately take and enter orders while guiding guests through the menu.
• Run food efficiently and ensure proper presentation.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness, including bussing and resetting tables.
• Monitor guest experience throughout the visit and address needs proactively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all front-of-house areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
