Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
• Clearly write down all guest orders with proper notation and complete information.
• Coordinate dining guests' meals through greeting, timing, and service completion.
• Enter all guest orders into the POS system accurately.
• Follow and complete the Nine Steps of Service consistently.
• Assist in preparation of specific menu items as needed.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation standards during serving.
• Clean, stock, and sanitize serving areas and equipment.
• Assist in training of new servers and bartenders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
