Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read and communicate in English.
• Dressed in proper dress code, neat, clean and professional.
• Ability to operate Micros and handle credit card transactions accurately.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds for a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Greets newly seated Guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Takes food and drinks orders accurately and understands all menu items.
• Enters orders into Micros in correct sequence and handles charges.
• Delivers food, ensures proper garnishing, and checks back with Guests.
• Maintains a clean station and supports bussing and table resets.
• Participates in incentives and contests to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Adheres to sanitation procedures and maintains teamwork with other staff.
• Handles alcohol awareness procedures and escalates to a Manager when needed.
