Job summary

Celtic Crossing in Memphis, TN is seeking experienced Servers to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell premium items, and deliver a flawless dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of serving experience, proficiency with Toast POS, and knowledge of wine and cocktails. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Server experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proficiency with Toast or a comparable POS system.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, accurately take food and beverage orders, offer informed recommendations, and upsell specials and premium items to enhance the dining experience.
• Master the food, wine, beer, and cocktail menus to confidently answer guest questions and accommodate dietary restrictions.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, check back with tables to ensure satisfaction, and manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment.
