Job summary

Flyway Brewing in Bentonville, AR is seeking an enthusiastic Server to greet guests, guide menu choices, and deliver memorable experiences. You will master the beer, wine, and food offerings, upsell thoughtfully, and maintain a friendly, energetic presence from opening to close.

You will input orders accurately, handle payments, and support other service areas as needed, while upholding high standards of professionalism and guest care.

Responsibilities

• Master the food and beverage menu to provide thoughtful recommendations and upsells.
• Personalize each interaction to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Execute proper steps of service with professionalism and consistency.
• Accurately input orders and handle payments using our POS system.
• Assist in other service areas as needed (e.g. running food, bussing tables).
• Maintain deep knowledge of menu ingredients and allergens; communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
• Fully open and close assigned section and complete all side work.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.
